• Improved Deputy Training Program which has done away with “block” training and replaced with “Incremental” Training proven by Force Science to be the most effective law enforcement training available
• Point Paper program giving every deputy and civilian employee the ability to shape policy and procedures for a stronger and more efficient Office
• Expanded K9 program

◦ Two single purpose explosive detection dogs that support the Regional Bomb Squad, provide increased security to our schools, and help us detect illegal weapons while serving search warrants on drug houses
